Instructions for Downloading Applications
Step 01	Click on application link
Step 02	If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer the application will open up in the reader. (Visit www.adobe.com for your free download of the Adobe Acrobat Reader.)
Step 03	The application is interactive, meaning you may fill out electronically, or you may print out and fill out by hand.
Step 04	If you have printed the application and filled out manually you may then fax or mail to TUTS or...
Step 05	If you have filled out the application electronically you may then save it to your hard drive and then email as an attachment to hsmt@tuts.com

Cancellation Policy

Theatre Under The Stars Humphreys School of Musical Theatre does not provide refunds partial or full once enrolled in a class. Should a conflict occur before a scheduled class begins, students may transfer into a later session*** or unused tuition will become a tax deductible donation to Theatre Under The Stars. ***Students transfering into a class are responsible to pay the difference in any tuition cost. No transfers will be made after the class start date.
