All related fees must be paid by credit card at the time of the ticket exchange. When calling, please have the barcode number available.
ONLY SUBSCRIBERS
We have the privilege of exchanging tickets for any other performance of the same show. All exchanges are subject to availability. Please understand that you may not always be able to receive comparable seating when exchanging you tickets.

Tickets must be exchanged no later than 24-hours before your scheduled performance

Tickets can be exchanged by phone, mail, fax or by visiting the TUTS Box Office - choose which is most convenient for you.

The fee for exchanging tickets is $2.50 per ticket, plus any difference in the subscription value of the ticket(s)

If you exchange your ticket for a higher priced ticket, you will be charged the difference.

If you exchange your ticket for a lower priced ticket, you will not receive the difference.

|
Tickets may be exchanged only for another performance of the same show.

To request an exchange, we need to have: 1) Your name, 2) current performance date and time, 3) date and time of the performance you prefer, 4) an alternate date and section, 5) a daytime phone number

BY E-MAIL
Include a message describing your exchange request including your name, the bar code numbers on your ticket(s), daytime telephone number and credit card information to boxoffice@tuts.com. Please include “ticket exchange” in the subject of your e-mail. We will notify you to confirm your new tickets after the exchange has been processed. Requests received more than 7 days prior to the show date will be mailed. Requests received 7 days or less prior to the performance will be held at Will Call at Hobby Center for the Performing Arts beginning 90 minutes before curtain time.
BY MAIL
Requests can be mailed to Theatre Under The Stars, Subscriber Services, 800 Bagby, Suite 200, Houston, Texas 77002-2532. Include the Ticket Exchange Form or a note describing your exchange request with your name, subscriber account number, barcode number, daytime telephone number, and check or credit card information. We will notify you to confirm your new tickets after the exchange has been processed. Requests received more than 7 days prior to the show date will be mailed. Requests received 7 days or less prior to the performance will be held at Will Call at Hobby Center for the Performing Arts beginning 90 minutes before curtain time.
IN PERSON
Bring your tickets to the Box Office (Theatre Under The Stars, 800 Bagby) during Customer Service Hours, Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
BY FAX
Fax the Ticket Exchange Form or a note describing your exchange request with your name, subscriber account number, barcode number, daytime telephone number, and credit card information. Fax your torn tickets to 713.558.8850.
Faxes are only processed Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
