Your mobile ticket lives in your TUTS Digital Wallet—no app required. Log in, show your dynamic QR at the door, and you’re in.
How It Works
- Go to MyTickets.TUTS.com on your phone or desktop.
- Log in with the same email used at purchase.
- Find your performance—your tickets appear in your wallet.
- Show your QR code at the theatre. (It activates ~4 hours before showtime.)
No app to download; any web browser works (Safari, Chrome, Firefox).
Pro tips before you arrive
- QRs are dynamic (they refresh periodically), so screenshots won’t scan. Open the live ticket from your wallet at entry.
- Wallets: You can save tickets to Apple Wallet once available in your Digital Wallet. (Google Wallet availability varies by device.)
- Delivery timing: Tickets deliver digitally to your TUTS Digital Wallet shortly after purchase; you’ll also get a reminder email closer to showtime with the same link.
Sharing tickets with friends
- Log in at MyTickets.TUTS.com → open the performance → Share Tickets → send via text or email.
- Heads-up: Tickets you share can’t be re-shared by the recipient. If they need to pass a ticket along, have them return it to you so you can share to the final guest.
- Parking & VIP packages are non-transferable.
Forgot your phone or can’t find your ticket?
No stress—visit Guest Services at the Box Office on performance night and we’ll print a temporary ticket. (Charging your phone ahead of time helps speed entry!)
Already printed your tickets?
TUTS no longer issues print-at-home PDFs. If you previously printed tickets and now want digital delivery instead, contact Guest Services by email or at 713.558.8887. Once we deliver your digital tickets, the printed versions become invalid.

What is mobile ticketing?

When will my QR code show up?

Can I take a screenshot?
No. The QR refreshes regularly and must be scanned live from your wallet.
Do I need to download an app?
No app needed—just use your web browser and go to MyTickets.TUTS.com.
My friend is running late—can they still get in?
Tickets remain scannable up to 30 minutes after the show begins. You can still share their ticket from your wallet even after curtain.
