Service Fees Are Waived for Groups

  • On Price Levels 1-4, this represents an initial $12 per-ticket-savings.
  • On Price level 5, this represents an initial $5-per-ticket savings.

Groups Pricing Represents a 20% Discount Over Single Ticket Prices

This discount is applied to the base layer, not the total including fees.

Groups Prices Do Not Change with Dynamic Pricing Adjustments

Prices often increase on high-demand performances, but group-pricing will not change.

Student Groups

School Group seating is available in the Mezzanine and Gallery only for select Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday evening performances. Let the group sales manager know if your group is arriving by bus.

How It Works

  1. Contact us – Reach out to Christina Benavides at 713-558-8828 or christina.benavides@tuts.org to start your reservation.
  2. Reserve your seats – Not sure which section is best for your group? [View our Seating Chart]. A $100 deposit holds your group.
  3. Adjust as needed – Add or release seats before final payment (must remain 10+).
  4. Finalize – Full payment due two weeks before your performance.
  5. Enjoy the show! Tickets delivered via mail, in-person pick-up, or digital wallet.

What qualifies as a group?
Groups start at 10 or more guests for any TUTS performance.
Are discounts available for all shows?

Yes, with a few exceptions:

  • Mrs. Doubtfire – Saturday matinees are excluded from groups discounts.
  • The Who’s Tommy – Saturday and Sunday matinees, and Saturday evenings are excluded from groups discounts.
  • Kinky Boots – Saturday and Sunday matinees, and Saturday evenings are excluded from groups discounts.
  • Oh, Mary! – Saturday and Sunday matinees, and Saturday evenings are excluded from groups discounts.
Can I book my group online?
Not at this time. Please call 713-558-8828 or email christina.benavides@tuts.org.
Is payment due at the time I place the order?
No. A $100 deposit is due at time of booking to secure your group’s seating. Full payment is due two weeks prior to your performance.
Can I change my group size after booking?
Yes! You can add or release seats until final payment is made, as long as your group stays at 10+ guests. (Note: final availability may be limited for popular performances.)
When is final payment due?
Final payment is required two weeks prior to the first performance in your reservation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card (by phone) and checks (by mail or in person).
How will I receive my tickets?
Choose between mail delivery, in-person pick-up, or digital ticket wallet.
Can groups sit together?
We make every effort to seat groups together. View our Seating Chart to see how sections are arranged.
What if my group falls below 10 people after booking?
Groups under 10 may be re-priced at single-ticket rates. Standard processing fees apply.
Do student group tickets have restrictions?
Inspire your students with the magic of live theatre. Special $20 student group pricing is available on select seats for our Value Night performances – Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday evenings. Please let our Group Sales Manager know if your group will be arriving by school bus.
Do you provide corporate employee discounts?
To arrange corporate discounts for your company’s employees, reach out to Christina Benavides at 713-558-8828 or email christina.benavides@tuts.org.

Terms & Conditions

  • Group pricing applies only to reservations of 10+ guests.
  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve group tickets.
  • Final payment is due two weeks before the scheduled performance in your reservation.
  • Payments can be made by credit card (phone) or check (mail/in person).
  • Once final payment is received, all sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.
  • Group discounts apply to Rear Orchestra, Mezzanine, and Gallery sections.
  • Front Orchestra seats are available at full price but include all group benefits (no fees, flexibility, service).
  • Group discounts apply to all productions with the exception of specific performances of MRS. DOUBTFIRE, TOMMY, KINKY BOOTS and OH, MARY!.
  • Seating requests will be honored to the best of our ability, but cannot be guaranteed.
  • Student group tickets are limited and must be arranged in advance with proof of eligibility.
  • TUTS reserves the right to adjust policies for high-demand shows.
