Manage Your Subscription with Ease

Welcome to your hub for all things TUTS Subscriptions! Whether you’re a 6-Show Subscriber or a Build-Your-Own Subscriber, this page helps you manage account services, take advantage of perks, and enjoy a seamless theatre experience.

Included with Every Subscription

Digital tickets

All subscribers have access to digital tickets (unless printed tickets are specifically requested). Once your subscription is finalized, you can find your digital tickets here. Digital tickets may also be shared with family and friends. For more information about how to share digital tickets, visit our help guide.

FREE Exchanges

Switch to another performance (within the same show), provided it’s at least 24 hours before your scheduled performance. There are three easy ways to exchange your seats.

  1. You may exchange seats anytime online by logging into your account. Select “Subscriber Exchange” under Upcoming Events, which will allow you to select your preferred performance and seat locations.
  2. If you would like Guest Services to select your new seats for you, you can make the request in this online form.
  3. We’re happy to help you with your exchange by phone, Monday through Friday between Noon and 6 p.m. Call Guest Services at 713-558-8887.

Note, if your new seats cost more than your original seats, you’ll pay the difference; if they cost less, no refund is given.

DISCOUNTS on Additional Seats

Save 20% when purchasing extra tickets for friends and family. Buy online through your subscription account. The discount automatically applied. You may also call Guest Services at 713-558-8887, Monday through Friday between Noon and 6 p.m. Seats are subject to availability. Note, the Hobby Center requires a $6 facility fee per seat.

10% off TUTS Education

Subscribers save 10% off all classes and camps offered by the Humphreys School and The River. The discount is applied automatically when logged into your subscription account.

Priority access

Current subscribers get first access to seats for upcoming seasons. Six-show subscribers will be first in line to renew or upgrade their current seats. “Choose Your Own Subscription” partial subscribers will have the opportunity to upgrade their subscription to a full six-show subscription, with priority seating before any new subscribers.

Bring A Friend

Share your love of musical theatre, and bring friends or family to a show. Receive one complimentary pair of tickets to The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Million Dollar Quartet, or Beautiful: The Carole King Musical. Refer to the voucher included in your welcome packet. You can redeem by calling Guest Services at 713-558-8887. Complimentary seats are based on availability.

Complimentary Season Poster and Magnet

As a special thank you for being a part of our family, enjoy an exclusive season subscriber poster and magnet. When you arrive at The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, redeem your voucher included in your welcome packet at the Welcome Table in the Grand Lobby.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I access my tickets?

If you choose digital delivery, your tickets are available in your TUTS Digital Wallet. You can view them on your mobile device for entry at the door and securely send them to friends and family via email.

Visit our Access Digital Tickets page for step-by-step instructions. If you requested printed tickets, you’ll receive them by mail and will not have digital tickets linked to your account.

What is a FREE Exchange?

Subscribers may exchange tickets for another performance of the same show at no cost, as long as the request is made at least 24 hours before your original performance.

  • If your new seats are of greater value, you’ll be charged the difference.
  • If your new seats are of lesser value, no refund will be issued.

Exchanges can be completed in your account, through our online form, or by calling Guest Services.

What is a FREE Show Swap?

6-Show Subscribers get one swap per season to a different production in the season — simply request at least 24 hours before your original performance.

  • Initiate at the Box Office or by calling 713-558-8887.
  • Seat value rules apply as with exchanges.
How do I purchase discounted additional seats?

Log in to your subscription account online (discount applied automatically) or call 713-558-8887. Be sure to identify yourself as a subscriber. Subject to availability; a $6 Hobby Center facility fee per-ticket applies.

What is Bring A Friend?

6-Show Subscribers receive a voucher in their welcome packet for one free pair of tickets to select shows. To redeem, call 713-558-8887. Subject to availability; redeem early for best seating.

What if I lose my tickets?

If you have lost your printed tickets, we’ll reprint them free of charge and hold them at Will Call starting 90 minutes before your performance. Call 713-558-8887 or email Guest Services at guestservice@tuts.org to request a replacement tickets.

CAN MY TUTS EDUCATION DISCOUNT BE USED ONLINE?

Yes! Simply log into your TUTS account, and your 10% discount applies automatically at checkout for classes and camps at the Humphreys School and The River.

Can I keep my same seats next season?
Full season, 6-show subscribers have the opportunity to renew their same seats for the upcoming season, or be first in line to make changes. “Choose Your Own Subscription” guests do not retain seating locations, but they may choose to upgrade to a 6-show package and get seated before new subscribers during the upcoming season renewal period.

*Note: For the 2025–26 season, seating for Back to the Future may differ, as this production is only one week long. This is an unusual exception, and we appreciate your flexibility.
