FREE EXCHANGES*

You may exchange your tickets from one performance of a show into another performance of the same show, if you make the request at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance. Ticket exchanges can by submitting this form directly to Guest Services or by calling 713-558-8887.

*Exchanges are based on ticket availability. Ticket prices often vary by performance and according to seat location. If the newly assigned seats are of a greater value than those being exchanged, the subscriber will be charged the difference in price. If the new seats are of lesser value, the subscriber will not receive a refund for the difference.


FREE SHOW SWAP*

Once per season, 6-show subscribers may swap seats from one show for an equal number of seats at another show in the season – free of service charges. Your request must be made at least 24 hours prior to your earliest scheduled performance. You may swap your tickets in person at the TUTS Box Office or by calling 713-558-8887.

DISCOUNTS ON ADDITIONAL SEATS*

Subscribers save 20% off additional seats for family and friends. You can purchase tickets online by logging in to your subscription account, and your discount will automatically be applied.

You can also purchase discounted tickets by phone at 713-558-8887. Please identify yourself as a TUTS subscriber when you call.

*Subject to availability. The Hobby Center requires a $5.50 facility fee per ticket.


LOST-TICKET REPLACEMENT

If you’ve lost or misplaced your tickets, we will replace them free of charge. Call us at 713-558-8887 or email guestservices@tuts.org to request ticket replacements. We will reprint your tickets and hold them at Will Call at the TUTS Box Office beginning 90 minutes before curtain time for your next scheduled performance.
