If you can’t attend your performance, you may be able to resell your eligible TUTS tickets quickly and securely through your digital ticket wallet.
Eligible tickets can be listed for resale through authorized marketplaces, making it easier to find a buyer while helping ensure that tickets remain valid and secure throughout the process.
Not all tickets are eligible for resale. You can check your ticket’s eligibility from within your digital ticket wallet.
How to Resell Your TUTS Tickets
1. Access Your Digital Ticket Wallet
Log in to your TUTS digital ticket wallet using the same credentials associated with your ticket purchase.
2. Check Your Ticket's Eligibility
Select the tickets you’d like to sell and look for the option to resell them.
Not all tickets are eligible for resale. Eligibility may vary based on the production, ticket type or other restrictions associated with your purchase.
3. List Your Tickets for Resale
If your tickets are eligible, select the resale option and follow the prompts to create your listing.
Depending on the applicable resale policies, you’ll be able to set your resale price or accept the price provided.
4. Reach Buyers Through Authorized Marketplaces
Through True Tickets, your eligible tickets can be listed across authorized resale marketplaces.
Using the resale option in your TUTS digital ticket wallet helps ensure that your tickets are listed and transferred through secure, approved channels.
5. Complete the Sale
Once your tickets sell, the transaction and ticket transfer are handled digitally. You’ll receive confirmation of the sale, and the buyer will receive valid digital tickets.
6. Receive Your Payment
You’ll be prompted to set up an account with Stripe to securely receive payment from your ticket sale.
Be sure to complete your Stripe setup so your payment can be processed after the event.

You don’t need to create separate listings on each marketplace. The resale process is managed through your digital ticket wallet.
Is my ticket guaranteed to sell?
No. Listing a ticket for resale does not guarantee that it will be purchased.
Until your ticket is sold, it remains your ticket. Be sure to check the status of your listing in your digital ticket wallet.
How will I receive payment if my tickets sell?
Your digital ticket wallet will guide you through setting up an account with Stripe, a secure online payment platform used to process your resale proceeds.
Be sure to complete your Stripe setup so that payment can be deposited into the bank account you choose.
Payments are typically transferred to your Stripe account 8–10 days after the event has occurred and then automatically deposited into your selected bank account. Timing may vary depending on your specific circumstances.
What is Stripe, and why do I need an account?
Stripe is the secure payment platform used to send you the proceeds from tickets you successfully resell.
You’ll be prompted to set up your Stripe account as part of the resale process. Your Stripe account allows your payment to be securely processed and deposited into the bank account you select.
Can I transfer my ticket to a friend or family member instead of selling it?
Yes. If you’d prefer to give your tickets to someone you know, you can securely transfer them through your TUTS digital ticket wallet rather than listing them for resale.
The recipient will receive their own valid digital ticket.
Why should I resell my tickets through my TUTS digital ticket wallet?
Reselling through your digital ticket wallet provides a secure way to list and transfer eligible TUTS tickets.
True Tickets maintains the digital history of the ticket as it is purchased, transferred or resold. When a ticket sells through an authorized marketplace, the transaction and transfer happen digitally, helping ensure that the buyer receives a valid ticket.
Are tickets purchased through authorized resale marketplaces secure?
Tickets resold through the authorized marketplaces connected to True Tickets are transferred digitally, helping ensure that the buyer receives legitimate, valid tickets.
Purchasing tickets from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces may carry additional risks, and TUTS may not be able to verify tickets purchased outside of authorized channels.
Can I still use my ticket after I've listed it for resale?
Until your ticket has sold, it remains in your account. If you decide you’d rather attend the performance, check your digital ticket wallet for options to remove your resale listing.
Once a ticket has been sold, however, it is transferred to the buyer and is no longer available for you to use.
